Windward Escapes accepts all major credit and debit cards. Personal or business checks are not accepted. Promises of future payments or trade-in-kind is not an acceptable form of payment to book a rental at any Windward Escapes properties.
By booking via Windward Escapes website, you are providing express consent to Windward Escapes to make financial transactions via our affiliate partners including payment processing.
Windward Escapes is not liable for information errors or website downtime.
No portion of our website, logo, listing copy or photographs may be reproduced or reused without express written consent of Windward Escapes. Please reach out to us with any questions.
We reserve the right to withdraw and cancel services at our sole discretion, at any time, and without notice for guest behavior including but not limited to unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions or spam.
We reserve the right to bar inquiries from guests deemed to be illigitimate or that appear to be a phishing attempt, spam, or any other scam.

Windward Escapes Booking Cancellation Policy

- Guests who wish to cancel their reservation 14 days or more before arrival can receive a full refund.

- Guest who cancel 7 days before arrival receive a refund of 50%.

- There is no refund when a guest cancels within 7 days of arrival.

We understand that plans can sometimes change after a booking is made. When cancellations occur they are better for all parties when more lead time is involved. We ask our customers to provide us with as much lead time as possible and for open and honest communication when cancelling a reservation.

Windward Escapes booking cancellation policy is designed to be as flexible as possible to balance putting our customers first while limiting the impact that cancellations can have on the business.
